Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Good Ol' Fashion Tater Tot Hotdish
Growing up this was probably the best dish, and being newly married it was one of the easiest dishes to make in our busy schedules. So since it's winter and the best thing to do in Minnesota is to cuddle up and eat some comfort food, here is one of our family favorites: #glutenfree #dairyfree
1 lb. hamburger/ ground turkey
1 c. frozen corn
1c. frozen green beans
1 (32 oz.) bag frozen tater tots
2 (16 oz.) Imagine Creamy Portobello Mushroom Soup / 1 (32 oz.) Brown hamburger/ground turkey in a large skillet.
In a large bowl combine veggies and creamy portobello mushroom soup.
Stir in browned hamburger/ground turkey until thoroughly mixed.
Spread into ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Cover the top with one layer of tater tots. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
