Gluten-Free Vegan Belgium Waffles

We love waffles and all things breakfast food. This is our favorite waffle recipe made gluten-free, and vegan.





INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat the Belgium waffle iron and coat it with cooking spray or melted butter.

  2. Whisk the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl

  3. Pour about ¾ cup of the batter into the plate of the waffle maker and close it. Cook for approximately 3-5 minutes or until steam no longer escapes. Note: Most waffle makers come with a light that lets you know when they are done.

  4. Remove the waffle using a fork or tongs and serve with your favorite toppings!
