Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, German Cucumber Salad
Another German from Russia recipe from our family to yours. Delicious, zingy salad ready for summer parties.
6 large cucumbers, peeled and sliced thin
1 medium onion, diced
DRESSING
1 cup dressing (Vegan Mayo)
1/3 cup sugar*
2 tablespoons white vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix the dressing together in a small bowl.
Add the cucumbers and onions and mix well.
Refrigerate at least an hour before serving.
