Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, German Cucumber Salad

Another German from Russia recipe from our family to yours. Delicious, zingy salad ready for summer parties.





  • 6 large cucumbers, peeled and sliced thin

  • 1 medium onion, diced

DRESSING

  • 1 cup dressing (Vegan Mayo)

  • 1/3 cup sugar*

  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar

  • salt and pepper to taste


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix the dressing together in a small bowl.

  2. Add the cucumbers and onions and mix well.

  3. Refrigerate at least an hour before serving.
