Gluten-Free Campfire Hash

While nothing in this dish may seem like a campfire, we often make it for camping and on nights that we need a simple dinner to get us going!


Hash


  1. Preheat oven to 350*

  2. Line large baking dish with olive oil

  3. Dice Sweet Potato and asparagus into bite sized pieces and place into pan.



  1. Drain & rinse garbanzo beans, pour over potato and asparagus mix


  1. Cut sausage as desired and placed on top of beans.


  1. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
